A security deposit of €200 is required for all bookings.
After booking, you will receive a registration card which will give you access to all apartment information and allow you to book additional services (linens, cleaning, etc.).
Check-in instructions will be available after the security deposit has been paid.


The accommodation is equipped with a sofa bed with a real 140 cm mattress.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be offered for rental.

NOVA CONCIERGERIE offers linen rental:
Double bed kit: 25 euros per bed
Single bed kit: 20 euros per bed
Bath towel: 5 euros per towel
Baby bed: 20 euros per stay

Cleaning is not included and the accommodation must be returned clean.
A cleaning fee of 65 euros (not including dishes – which must be clean and put away – or taking out the trash) can be offered.
