Very close to Broadway. First floor townhouse which was convenient. We didn't use the free parking but if you needed that it is a huge benefit since parking is very limited and expensive.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was super convenient to Broadway, which was nice since we were there to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday! What a great place to stay!! Within walking distance to Broadway and free parking. The townhouse has everything you could need. I loved that they have a shoe holder in the half bath with items you may have forgotten, razors, toothpaste etc. What a great idea!! This is one of those places that is exactly what is described. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an additional half bath on the main level with a fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to stay in and have a meal instead of going out. The hosts provide two parking passes which are such a bonus in Nashville where parking is a premium. They also provide many things that you would have to purchase at other places; toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee, a few snacks and lots and lots of little things that you may have left at home. It is walking distance to Broadway etc. or you can get inexpensive Ubers most of the time. I would highly recommend.

Great location!

Property was exactly as described and an easy walk to Broadway. Coming back was a little more difficult because it’s all uphill so be aware of that if you have someone in your group who struggles with hills. The unit was relatively quiet with comfy yet firm beds. We appreciated being able to do some laundry in the unit and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We’re Jessica and Tyler—a Nashville-based couple who love hospitality, real estate, and sharing amazing travel experiences with our guests! Hosting isn’t just something we do; it’s a natural extension of who we are.

Jessica spent 13 years as a 4th-grade teacher in East Nashville before becoming a full-time realtor, helping women purchase their first homes and guiding investors in finding great properties. Tyler, a proud Nashville native, is also a realtor and knows this city inside and out.

Beyond real estate, we’re huge Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans fans—you’ll often find us at games or snagging last-minute concert tickets to see our favorite artists. Music is a big part of our lives, and we love discovering new spots around town.

When we’re not hosting or working, we’re spending time at Center Hill Lake with our daughter, Lillie, making memories on the water. Family is everything to us, and we bring that same warmth and care into every stay we offer.

We take pride in offering safe, well-located, and thoughtfully designed stays—from downtown Nashville condos to lakefront retreats and beachfront escapes. We’re hands-on hosts, always happy to share local tips, and we truly want every guest to feel welcome, comfortable, and at home in our city.
