Mein Platz ist in der Nähe von Adventure Science Center und Music Row. Sie werden meinen Platz wegen der Lage, der Aussicht und der Gemütlichkeit lieben. Mein Platz ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) und große Gruppen.
Nashville Skyline-Blick-einschließlich Nashvilles ikonenhaftem "Batman-Gebäude" -von diesem erhöhten und zeitgenössischen Haus, eine der besten Ferienwohnungen im Angebot in Nashville!

Property was beautiful, clean, safe. Beds were SO comfortable. Manager was so easy to text and communicative right away. Cons: Ice maker didn’t work (they sent a maintenance man within the hour to look at it but fridge needed to be defrosted- very responsive) No condiments so buying new to use leaves a lot of waste is my biggest con. I’d let travelers leave unopened unexpired condiments for the next group. If I ever come back to Nashville I’d stay here again. Clean, cool, comfortable! Felt like home away from home.

Had a group of 10 family members celebrating a 21st birthday. The house was amazing roomy comfortable close enough to walk to broadway and it made for a great weekend!

Overall great

Only a few small issues. Ants in the kitchen, homeless in the lots next to building, and this house is actually a duplex…which means your rooftop is actually a split rooftop. We were lucky and no one was staying our weekend, but it would be something else if others were using the rooftop at the same time as we were. The rest is all good! Nice kitchen, nice third floor main suite. (The stairs will get you if you aren’t ready for some climbing) and the view of the city from the roof is great at night.

Nice place

For five adult women in their 60s, we found the condo to be somewhat comfortable except for the bunk beds , they where not good for adults. No one was able to use the top bunk due to the poor Construction of the bed frames.it was not safe. Therefore it made our sleeping Arrangements difficult. They may also want to consider putting some blinds on the rest of the doors and windows in the living room-kitchen area. We felt very exposed at night with the condo across the street. Thank you Laura for being extremely helpful and available when we needed support. Good house for families.

The place was excellent for our group of 10. We walked into Broadway sometimes but was also easy to get an Uber or scooter. Place is spacious and roof top patio adds a nice touch!

6 adults stayed for a long birthday weekend. Hostess was very helpful and answered questions quickly! Quick Uber to Broadway, 1 mile. Close proximity to lots of things, but need to Uber to most.

Birthday Party in Nashville

This was an amazing property for a large group. We were visiting a friend for his birthday and graduation and 8 of us flew out from Dallas to experience Nashville. It was a quick uber to downtown Nashville but there is stuff walkable to the property. It's 3 levels plenty of beds, an ample kitchen, and the rooftop deck was perfect for barbequing and taking in the views. We had a really great time and couldn't say enough great things about this spot it's a definite book!

Location was good, property manager was on point. Lots of little things were broke thou.

No tvs in all bedrooms, bed cover on master was dirty, none of outlets on roof worked. Good location, property manager was on point thou, got there freezer door handle was broke table on roof was broke. Quick responding after notification when issues arouse. Also main floor bathroom towel racks were broke and the glass on shower is only a half glass which allowed water to run out in floor. Just didnt like having to take the time for contacting property manager numberous times.

Stairs

We knew there were stairs but didn’t know we would have to use them to get to main area all the time. Parking in driveway is tricky if you have big SUV. None of us used top bunks because of age so we did use floor mattress which was comfortable and some one slept in sofa. We did enjoy hanging out on the main floor and close to downtown and interstate. May really talk about downstairs shower door. It was confusing.

Beautiful property not far from Broadway's action!

This condo has more than enough space for anything from 3 people to 6 people comfortably! More if you wanted to share rooms! The property was nice, clean and had beautiful views from the rooftop of downtown Nashville! The neighborhood is ok, but there are a few homeless wandering the streets and occasionally had a couple on our doorstep. They quickly moved along when they were asked to leave. But honestly we never felt that our safety was in jeopardy! We walked every where! My recommendation is that if you want to walk to Broadway from the condo, just head towards Charlotte Street/Martin Luther King Jr. Ave and go down that way! Much easier way to walk there! The Publix grocery store is down that way as well, only about 15 min walk. Also there is a 7-11 just around the corner! Broadway is approx 20 min walk. We even walked home in the evenings from Broadway with no issues! There were a couple issues with the property, but as soon as I messaged Laura she responded quickly and most of the issues were able to be addressed within a day while we were still there! She was always easy to get a hold of! I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay somewhere else other than right on Broadway! We were very pleased with the whole trip!

Great condo but significant construction across the street

We enjoyed the condo and the property manager was very accommodating but just a warning that there is a building being constructed across the street. For example, when we first pulled up to the property, we actually couldn't make it to the driveway - there was a crane in the street. The work does quiet down at 4pm - so it's only an issue in the mornings (early).

This property was very clean and conveniently located to the Broadway attractions. Construction across the street was a mild distraction in the morning. Great rooftop deck.

Great place for big group

The checkin process was very easy. Property was clean and as-advertised. Plenty of room for a party of 8. Location is ok, but there are definitely some vagrants in the area. Came home to one sitting on the front porch using an external power outlet to charge his phone. Great rental overall though.

Hit or miss

Pros: it was very pretty and pleasing architecturally. Location (geographically, not the neighborhood itself) to downtown / Broadway was super quick Uber ride or a decent walk. Cons: 1) construction next door started at 7am every morning. 2) they request that you wipe off counters and load dishwasher when you leave, it no dishwasher detergent, no sponges and nothing to clean the counters 3) the fan in the first bedroom downstairs would flicker on and off and sounded awful 4) the showers were a deal breaker. They would go from super cold to a scalding hot minute to minute. 5) even though the kitchen was stocked, all of the pans had the non stick Teflon coming off. Once all the construction is complete, and these issues addressed, it would be amazing.
