Located on the 6ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) and bed linen included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 21 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (ideal for children, sleeps 2, 80x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (ideal for children, sleeps 2, 80x190).

For added comfort, the owners have provided a high chair, cot (on request), iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 2 m² balcony facing north-east with a table and two chairs offering a sea view.

The flat is ideally located in Bray-Dunes, 10 m from the beach and in a quiet, pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are just 500 m away.
