YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD



You will be in the heart of the old town, just 150 metres from the Castel beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Nice, and 150 metres from the Cours Saleya, famous for its markets and lively terraces. The renowned restaurant Chez Acchiardo is located 100 metres away, as are many other local establishments. The tramway (Opéra - Vieille Ville station) is accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot, as is the Parc de la Colline du Château, perfect for a walk with a view of the bay. You will also find a Monoprix on Place Garibaldi 650 metres away for your shopping, Nice Thiers SNCF station 2 km away, and Nice Côte d'Azur airport 7 km away. For the more adventurous, the ski slopes of Isola 2000 are accessible in about 1h30 by road (86 km).



Living Space



The studio opens onto a comfortable living space, tastefully furnished and benefiting from beautiful brightness. A welcoming sleeping area, equipped with a double bed, allows you to sleep in complete tranquillity while maintaining an open and pleasant atmosphere. The whole is decorated with simplicity and harmony to make you feel at home. You will have access to Wi-Fi, a television, electric heating, a washing machine, as well as an iron and a hairdryer at your disposal.



Cuisine



The open kitchen, American-style, is perfectly equipped for cooking on-site. It has electric hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to take you to your apartment:



The tram - The best route: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both affordable and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best value: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Avenue Thiers to Avenue Jean Médecin (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate the meter before leaving the station. You will only need to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• At the hour

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid at the car park entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
