Cozy cottage in the heart of Waupaca's Chain O Lakes

4 Seasons Cottage is nestled in a quiet setting of tall pines on Beasley Creek in Waupaca Wisconsin. The Chain O Lakes are spring fed and beautiful. We are the perfect place to launch kayaks and paddle boards or just relax and take in nature and wildlife. The kitchen has 2 large picture windows looking over the creek and a screen porch to view the lake and sunset.
Note: This cottage is designed and set up to sleep a max of 7.

We can assist with kayak and other paddle craft rentals. Let us know your desires and we'll get you set up.

Fantastic stay at Beasley Cottage

Classic, cozy and everything you want in a lake cottage. So much love and care has gone into this rental and we cannot wait to return. Shower also has awesome water pressure!

Getaway to the Chain

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful long weekend up on sweet Beasley Creek. Dave was an excellent host and we found the cabin clean, welcoming and charming. Location made this a win. My family enjoyed paddling out to near by lakes, exploring the serenity of the smaller lakes on the Chain. We'd definitely stay again.

Quiet cottage nestled in the Pines on Beasley Creek Orlando Lake

Dave and Wendy have thought of everything you need for a relaxing, fun stay!! The views are breathtaking from inside or out. The screen porch was weathered for colder weather to sit and chat, read, or relax. So inviting we never turned the TV on! Will definitely be back.

This place is a gem! I feel that the pictures don't even do it justice. The cabin was built in the 1930s, but they've done a great job adding modern touches(new stand up shower, no tub), modern appliances/furniture), but still kept lots of original parts of the cabin. It's so fun to explore all the little books and crannies. The outdoor area is amazing with tall trees, lakeview from a screen porch, and the most awesome shallow, clear creek right in your backyard! The hosts were so helpful too We'll be back!

More than we expected

Such a relaxing place. Loved watching all the action in the creek. Kayaking, deer, turkeys. The area was everything we wanted. Good food, hiking and shopping. We will definitely return.

Perfect cottage

Great property with everything you need right there. It was so comfortable it felt like home. Beautiful grounds and scenery. Loved watching all the wildlife around the creek. Enjoyed an outdoor and indoor fire at night. Highly recommend. One of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed at.

Quiet and sweet

Loved being in a 1936 cottage. It was like a puzzle trying to figure out the room.....where was the kitchen, were was the bedrooms in the original old part. Had many discussions....It was fun.

Paradise!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable with all the ammenities for an enjoyable stay. We appreciated all the details and the helpful notes here and there. It was a delightful pleasure to meet and chat with the owners Dave and Wendy. They were most accommodating! This cottage is an excellent choice for those who like to kayak quiet waters or enjoy peaceful views under stately pines.

A perfect Cozy Cabin Getaway.

The best hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions and helpful in everyway. The property has something for everyone. There are quiet areas to relax, nature areas to enjoy the wildlife and a large and comfy common area with a beautiful fireplace. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bedding and towels provided. I would highly recommend this property if you enjoy nature, a touch of history, and a cabin full of special touches to make you feel at home.

Hiking the IAT

We hiked the Ice Age Trail in the Waupaca area and stayed in this lovely cottage. We liked the cottage so much that we have already booked it for another visit in the fall. The river side location offered us a chance to do a little kayaking in addition to hiking. Kayakers will enjoy access to the quiet end of the chain of lakes. The water is crystal clear and we never heard a motor all week. The Ice Age Trails in the area are easy to access, beautiful and very well maintained. The hosts live on site and were very congenial and helpful when we had questions. We would have enjoyed a better connection for our cell phones but the service was adequate. Quiet, clean, charming cottage in a beautiful location.

Incredible!

We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the owners who included thoughtful and personalized touches throughout the cabin. It’s location on a shallow creek was perfect for our small children to play in and our teenager to fish. It was so relaxing to wind down on the screened porch after a day on the chain kayaking. It was the perfect vacation and we can’t wait to stay again. Dave and Wendy, thank you for the memories!

Off the beaten path and very peaceful. Saw fish, owl, bald eagle, deer multiple times, heron, beaver, other large birds and also enjoyed grilling out and a fire.

Great cabin on the lake

A couple of friends and I met up in WI to go to a pottery workshop with Michael Harbridge. The workshop was all day, but it was great to come back to this cute little cabin and relax together at night. The view of the lake was amazing and the cabin was perfect for the 3 of us. Dave and Wendy were really helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area.
