★The Palm House★

The Palm House (find us on Instagram via @thepalmhouselodi) sleeps up to ten guests comfortably in four extra large rooms. Downstairs you have 2 rooms, one with a queen, second room features a queen bed with twin size daybed. Off the living room is a full office and a full size bathroom. The house features an open floor plan, a spacious kitchen with all new stainless appliances, a whiskey room and a nice dining room, an adjoining living room with entertainment area and plush seating, plus a staircase leading to the upstairs to a large game room, outfitted with a shuffle board, Sega genesis, board games, perfect entertainment space for the family with a queen sleeper sofa.

The house was built in 1922, it was originally a fruit packing house for the first owners of Lodi’s first fruit packing company. Housed one of Lodi’s early mayors, circa 1930’s. It has been fully renovated and features modern appointments and amenities.

Have a fun night playing shuffleboard and games or relax on the back patio. This house is located in a chic prime location walking distance to Downtown Lodi’s finest wine bars and restaurants.

Other things to note
Safety of our guests and colleagues is one of our top priorities, rest assured the home is sanitized and completely cleaned and disinfected between all guests.

We are a pet-friendly, the fee is $100 per pet. We don't allow cats. Your pet MUST be disclosed before booking, if you fail to notify us of their presence prior to check-in there will be automatic charge of $100.

The home has original wood floors. Please be careful of dropping objects, it damages and chips easy. Trash is located at left side of garage and needs to be rolled out on the street before Friday mornings so please take the cans to the street on Thursday evening.

We have a portable pack and play available. Our property comes with a stocked coffee (Keurig) and tea bar.

Have fun with your kids and family if you enjoy playing video games, we have a great collection and Sega Genesis to play with.

The backyard has a garden which is beautifully filled with natural herbs and a lemon tree.

Also make your evenings wonderful with a mini Bar at the back patio, with a sitting area to enjoy with your friends with beautiful lights. Also we allow adult dinner parties and bar can be stocked on the special request along with arrangements for mixologists as well as private chefs. *Advance notice for parties, mixologists or private chefs necessary*
