Discover this magnificent 81 m² house located in Moliets-et-Maa, designed to offer you a functional yet deeply relaxing stay in the heart of the Landes region.

This single-story, light-filled home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The first bedroom features a large 160x200 cm double bed for restful nights.

The second bedroom also offers a spacious 160x200 cm double bed.

The third bedroom is perfectly suited for children or friends with its two 90x200 cm single beds.

For your convenience, bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The living area opens onto a welcoming lounge, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and even a raclette grill for convivial evenings. A coffee machine, an iron, and a hairdryer are provided.

Please note that the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, allowing you to completely disconnect and recharge.

Outside, you will enjoy exceptional south-facing exposure and a beautiful 100 m² garden with a terrace for sunny lunches. A garage and a private parking space are at your disposal for secure parking.

The resort also boasts 14 tennis courts and numerous surf schools on the beach.

To explore the surrounding area, cycle paths winding through the pine forest are directly accessible, making cycling the best way to discover the coast.
You can easily explore the region and reach the chic resort of Hossegor, the lively fishing port of Capbreton, or the picturesque village of Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains and its saltwater lake in under 30 minutes.

## Emplacement
Moliets is a French commune located in the department of Landes, in New Aquitaine. It is a typical village, festive and lively throughout the year which offers many different activities; between sea and forest, you can discover the natural reserve of Courant d'Huchet nicknamed "the Landes Amazon" or enjoy its beach, a must for surfing, sunbathing and eating an ice cream. The city is full of charm and offers many typical markets, installed in the middle of its picturesque and traditional streets.
