The accommodation is located on the second floor in order to fully enjoy the view. A dumbwaiter is however available to facilitate access for people who have difficulty climbing stairs or to transport luggage and groceries.

The spacious and bright interiors have been carefully designed to combine contemporary design and a soothing atmosphere, creating an ideal setting to recharge.

But the true gem of this place remains its panoramic balcony, overlooking the sparkling lake and the surrounding peaks. It is the perfect place for your outdoor aperitifs, your moments of relaxation or simply to admire the spectacular sunsets.

There are only 2 free and private parking spaces. Please organize yourselves to park only 2 cars maximum.



From 10 pm the music must be turned off and noise disturbances must be greatly reduced.



A deposit of €2000 will be requested upon your arrival in the house by bank imprint (no charge). In case of non-compliance with the house rules we reserve the right to use it.



The maximum capacity allowed throughout the stay is 6 people.



A Minut noise sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
