New home located in the highly desirable, quiet Greenehaven neighborhood just minutes from Page, Wahweap Marina, Antelope Canyon and so many other adventures. Enjoy the views of Lake Powell and the sunset alpenglow on the canyon walls from the oversized 15 ft sliding door in living room, 8 ft slider in master bedroom and 6 ft slider in back bedroom. Four Smart TVs, free WiFi, washer/dryer, patio furniture, BBQ grill, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room. Towels and bed linens are included.
- We welcome service animals in compliance with applicable laws. Guests are not required to pay a pet fee or deposit for a service animal. However, guests remain responsible for any damages, excessive wear, or extraordinary cleaning that may be required due to the presence of a service animal. If additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover is needed (e.g., pet hair removal from furniture, odors, or accidents), the actual cost of that cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Owners Gena, Mike and Anita are excited to share our new beautiful home with you. We know you will enjoy the incredible vistas from any of the large sliding doors and windows! Plus the endless activities the Page and surrounding areas have to offer. The house is centrally located near Big Rock, Wahweap Marina, Antelope Canyon, Grand Staircase and Vermilion Cliffs National Monuments. Within a few hours drive is Zion & Bryce National Park and the start of the Grand Canyon.
We love exploring the area by boating, hiking, jeeping, golfing, fishing and paddle boarding. Don't forget to relax in the peaceful, quiet Greenehaven community. From the home patio look up and appreciate the endless stars with the dark sky community.

We decided to purchase in Page after visiting the area many times and have been exploring Lake Powell via our boat for many years. Since building our house we are amazed at the endless areas to explore around Page. We find this area to be one of the most relaxing places we have ever been and we hope you do also.

Our favorite feature of the house is the views and open floor plan! We love to just sit on the porch or inside and enjoy the endless vistas of Lake Powell and desserts landscape. You'll see a kaleidoscope of colors starting with dawn all the way to dusk with the alpenglow!
