Waterfront family community. Swimming pool & hot tub. Easy access to fishing. Convenient for boating. 2 miles from the beach by road and only a short boat ride away from Dog & St. George Island. Restaurant located on site is currently closed, but the boat dock is not!

Sleeps 8, easily. King bed in the bedroom. Triple full bunk bed also upstairs. 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer.

Convenient and cozy

Loved that it was very convenient. Very cozy place but the stairs are a bit much all in all would stay again.

Excellent place for my family!

Stayed 7 nights with my family over spring break. Great accommodations and a great location right on the Carrabelle River. Easily accessible boat ramp and plenty of places to fish. Host provided us an outstanding quiet, clean place to stay and her communication with us was fast. Everyone in this group of condos are extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to stay in a quiet gulf coast town.

Nice little space

This was a very cozy location. I think we were fine for a couple of days, but there is limited space so more than a few days would probably start to feel too crowded. The master was great and had a big bed and was very restful! They had a great pool and hot tub that the kids enjoyed. There was also a nice little fishing spot out back so we enjoyed some fishing. If you want a big pot of coffee, the pot was little, but the hostess also provided a kuerig if you want to bring your own coffee pods. The kitchen was small, but it had everything we needed to do some light baking/cooking and keep our items in the fridge. The couches were not super snuggly, but they were adequate. Also the top bunk was really high so my kids were afraid to get up there. They were very comfy though, and the bedding all seemed clean and fresh. Every time I messaged the hostess she replied very promptly. I appreciated that so much! Overall, great stay!

Home away from home

The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only down side , and that’s just because I’m in an air cast is the 3 sets of stairs u have to climb. I sat and scooted most of them. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. This condo is in a safe neighborhood. I wish we had been able to see the boats coming and going , but overall it was a wonderful trip. The property manager was very responsive as well. Thank you again jennifer
