Cozy Cottage

Welcome! Come and relax in this recently updated quaint cottage. This adorable 1-bedroom 1940's cottage is located near Hamlin Lake very close to the south bayou. Features one bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom, kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room with a sofa sleeper, TV, wifi, board games, covered patio and a firepit to enjoy! Walking distance to boat rentals, ice cream, and beautiful sunsets or a 10-minute drive to downtown, the beach or the beautiful Ludington State Park.

We have kept the vintage charm while making it a comfortable vacation cottage. Light and airy bedroom with a cozy bed and soft linens. Covered patio to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a grill if you want to fry up some burgers for lunch as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Evenings can be spent at the firepit where you can roast marshmallows, tell stories and make memories. Going to the beach? Beach towels and chairs are provided. We do have two bikes available, just let me know and I can have those ready for you. If it is a rainy day, snuggle up on the couch with blankets a movie or a good book. Games more your thing, we have those too! Set it up in the living room on the coffee table or dining table and let the competition begin!

The cottage is yours for your stay! Two parking spots are available behind the cottage next to the white garage. We ask that there is no smoking inside the cottage.

Are you bringing your small fishing boat? There is boat launch 300 feet from the cottage on the South Bayou. We look forward to your stay!
