ABOUT THE HOUSE Everything in the house is there for your use and enjoyment! This includes any food, beverages, toiletries, and coupons or gifts. Please use all amenities for their intended purpose only and return them to their proper place.
Pool Access- Pool has a black key fob used to gain access. Key fob is left on entry table.
TV’s- All of the house’s TV’s have access to streaming service such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. Simply use the remote to log in to your private account.
Towels- Fresh towels can be found in each bathroom cabinet. Pool towels are found in the upstairs laundry room.
Firepit- Use of the firepit and grill are at your own risk. Please use them safely and do not forget to turn gas off after use. To turn on the firepit you will need to use the chrome Hex head key. On the exterior side of the firepit you will see a gas valve. Slightly open the valve by turning the hex head counter clockwise. Carefully use a lighter to light the firepit when you hear the gas is on. The more you turn the valve counter clockwise the larger of a flame you will have.
Bikes and other Gear - Please leave bikes and other outdoor gear in the garage. Bringing them into the house tracks in unwanted dirt and mess and also damages walls and floors. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Other House Amenities- A high chair can be found in the main floor master bedroom closet and a pack n play is in the King bedroom closet on the second floor. A fire extinguisher is stored under the kitchen sink and. Other house items can be found in the garage.
HOUSE AND COMMUNITY RULES Below are a few rules and guidelines we ask all our guests to follow in order to maintain a comfortable environment for you and for others in the community.
Cleanliness Please remove your shoes while in the home and keep food and drink items in the kitchen and off the carpeted areas. Please respectful the furniture and provided house items by only using them for their intended purpose.
Community Pool and Private Hot Tub Pool closes each night at 10:00 pm. There is no lifeguard or supervision at the pool. Children need parental supervision to use the facility. Food and drink (especially glass) are prohibited within the pool area.
Shoes and Drink Please respect the house by removing shoes while in the house. Food and drink are also prohibited in the 2nd floors.
Parking Parking on the street is PROHIBITED. Please make sure that all vehicles are parked in the garage or in the designated visitor parking areas.
Smoking All smoking is prohibited inside and around the home.
Pets Pets of any/all kind are NOT allowed on the property. This includes the garage.
Noise As courteous to the neighbors please keep noise at a reasonable level. Especially during quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS We hope that you enjoyed your stay with us! Please make sure to follow all the check out instructions detailed below to avoid forfeiting part of your deposit.
Check out is at 11:00 a.m. the day of your scheduled departure House Items- Please ensure that all other house amenities such as coolers, toys, games, etc. are returned to their proper place. Make sure BBQ grill/ fire pit propane tank is turned off. Make sure to log out of your online streaming service such as Netflix, Hulu Prime, etc.
Security- Unless instructed otherwise, please set thermostat AC to 75 during spring and summer months and Heater to 60 during fall and winter months. Make sure that all windows and doors are shut and locked. However, please do not lock the interior garage door. Close all blinds, turn off all lights, and ensure that all faucets are turned off.
Laundry- Before your departure, please start a load of pool towels in the upstairs laundry and a load of bath towels in the downstairs laundry. Please leave all other used towels, sheets, and pillow cases on the floor at the foot of each bed. Please keep blankets and bed spread are in a separate pile and DO NOT remove mattress covers from mattress!
Kitchen- Make sure all items are returned to their proper space. Ensure stove is turned off. Load all used dishes and kitchen items into the dishwasher and start the load.
Garbage- Please remove all trash from the house and place into the trash bin. Garbage day is every Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. If garbage day falls during your stay please make sure the garbage bin is taken to the road on Thursday night.
Guest Belongings- Please make sure to that you have all your personal belongings. Check in all closets, under beds, and in all bedroom drawers. Returning lost or forgotten items can be a lengthy process that often requires you to pay postage fees.

Great place to stay!
Excellent location. Decorations and art around the home are gorgeous! We especially loved the back patio with some porch lights, a fire pit and putting green. Overall excellent for a relaxing vacation.

Overall layout, furnishings, and decor absolutely beautiful. Very nice neighborhood. Located close to so many parks.

Great family or couples oasis with a like new feel for an excellent price!
My 4 siblings and our spouses with my mom spent 3 days at the house and it was perfect for our group. I can see where it would work for families with kids as well. Super clean, great gathering spaces, and well stocked with everything we needed. AC worked well and we were very comfortable. Pool was not crowded and we would very gladly stay there again.

Multi Family get-away
This property and location are absolutely perfect. Very clean, very well stocked, very comfortable and perfect for a large group. There seems to be many rentals in the neighborhood but it was very quite and calm even on a holiday weekend.
Very close to all things in the St. George area. Easy access off and on the freeway.
Would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Home and Location for Southern Utah
We really enjoyed our stay at Wanderlust! This home is modern, clean and inviting not to mention plenty big for our group of 8 adults and 3 children. Beds were super comfortable! There were large gathering areas big enough for the whole family. Kitchen had all of the modern appliances and conveniences and was stocked with everything needed for cooking which we really appreciated. We all loved the large HD televisions in each room and the local artwork in the home was beautiful! We also loved the private backyard with string lights and the firepit at night and putting green during day. The location of this house is perfect as we were able to enjoy St. George as well as Zion's National Park. We also enjoyed the pool and park which were easily walkable with kids. We will definitely return to Wanderlust on our next trip to St. George!
