Your holiday rental, arranged over two levels, includes: On the ground floor: A large living room with a relaxation area (table football), a well-equipped kitchen, a separate lounge opening onto the terrace, a laundry room, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with a 160x200 cm bed), a shower room (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet. Upstairs: A mezzanine with a relaxation area and a sleeping area (two 90x1290 cm beds). Outside: A 20 m² terrace, a large garden, and a courtyard with parking for several vehicles. Just outside Lamballe (8 km), and 2.6 km from the small village of Andel, this charming, warmly furnished stone house offers a pleasant and relaxing countryside setting. Adjoining another house, but with no overlooking neighbors, you'll appreciate its generous proportions, relaxation areas, stylish and harmonious decor, foosball table, and the very stylish mezzanine with its restored exposed beams that add a lot of character to the space. In short, it's a comfortable place to stay, and nothing is lacking! In just a few minutes, you can reach the historic town of Lamballe with its pretty town center, half-timbered houses, and the national stud farm, now home to the Mathurin Méheust Museum. Fancy some sea air? The family-friendly St-Maurice beach in the Bay of St-Brieuc is just 9.5 km away. If you prefer lively resorts, you'll love Val André, 15 km away, with its large seafront promenade, thalassotherapy center, casino, cinema, and shops. In the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, in the countryside and 10 km from the sea, this charming, renovated stone farmhouse offers everything you need! You can even bring your small pet!
