The villa is located 5 minutes from the village of Grimaud, 10 minutes from Place des Lices, and 15 minutes from the beaches of Pampelonne by car.
An ideal location to enjoy the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

You can park your vehicles in private parking spaces within the property.

## Notes

A deposit of €5,000 will be required before your stay. This is done via a secure link from the Swikly bank-accredited system. You will not be charged and your card limit will not be blocked. It is simply a credit card imprint.
In accordance with the municipal decree of Grimaud, all noisy work is strictly prohibited between July 1 and August 31, thus guaranteeing total tranquility during the high season. A neighboring villa is currently in the finishing stages, with major work scheduled to be completed by June 12. This means you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the location as soon as you arrive.
