Nice cottage just up the hill from Dillon Beach. Nothing fancy, but a cozy place with a gas burning fire place to keep warm by. Great for a costal get away.

Cozy 1920’s cottage among newer homes & close to Dillon Beach Resort. Cottage was very well-located - just a short walk to get to the beach. The cottage was clean with a well-stocked kitchen and all the conveniences you look for. Enjoyed the outdoor deck at sunset. Good nights sleep with comfy bed and enjoyed morning coffee on the outdoor front porch. Overall very comfortable stay!

Top notch stay as usual. We return often to relax at this little slice of heaven. Cozy cabin-like house with good sized back yard and a hot tub to relax in after the beach. Plenty of cooking utensils and pans, spices, to make dinners at home. Coffee pot, toaster, blender, modern stove and microwave, dishwasher, BBQ grill, all good. This is our third year here and it never disappoints. They’ve added chargers in dining room and bedroom; nice touch. Manager of property always responds quickly. Thanks again for making our week at the beach memorable.

This place was exactly what we hoped for! The location, front porch and deck view of the sunset and ocean was amazing. The hot tub was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The gas fireplace kept it warm and cozy. I would recommend this place to another family of four with a four legged friend!

Had a 50’s Beach Cottage vibe. King bed was very comfortable, down to the pillows and the and linens. Hot tub was enjoyed, and the walk to the beach quick and easy. I’m glad I was there on a coolish somewhat rainy couple of days. Made it very charming and the beach was mostly deserted. I just wish (all rentals not just this one) had more of a focus on music sound systems instead of tvs in every room with elaborate streaming services. I NEVER use a tv when I’m spending time somewhere beautiful and relaxing. Clearly I’m not the norm. Great visit though!
