We had an amazing Moms Retreat at this VRBO property! From the cozy beds, the extremely comfy couch, to the large dining space, pool, hot tub and backyard living space, this property did not disappoint. It was a great location with easy driving access to all over the valley. Not to mention, it was easy entry and the property management company was very communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic house and wonderful host! A! Responsive and friendly when we had questions or an issue. Beds were so soft, the common spaces were large enough for our group of 9. The backyard is a dream! Everything about the house was clean and so many amenities were available.

5 Stars

If I could give 6 stars I would. This place is amazing. It's incredibly well stocked, comfortable and just perfect for the weekend getaway. The huge heated pool was fabulous. From the large chess pieces, fire pit table, hot tub and putting green—what else could you ask for? A incredibly large backyard and quiet neighborhood always felt relaxing. The house itself is bright and clean. The beds were comfortable too. This whole place was so much better than what I expected. Often times I review these places on the internet and am disappointed with the promising pictures not living up to expectations. Not this place!

Amazing Resort-Like Property in Awesome Scottsdale Location!

We enjoyed our stay at 'The Marabella' in North Scottsdale. This property felt like we were staying at a private resort. Home was spacious for our group of 9 people, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was large and well-stocked, and there was a giant gas grill in the backyard. Everything was clean and immaculate, and beautifully designed. Our favorite part was the backyard. Besides the enormous private heated pool, there was a mini putting green, giant chess board, outdoor lounging space, swing chairs and a hot tub. My kids' favorite part of our trip was making smores using the outdoor fire pit table in the courtyard. House is located next to a large park with playground and there were many great restaurants, shopping and golf courses nearby. I highly recommend this home and can't wait until our next visit!

Great family accommodation

This place is a gem, very well appointed. Feels like a very upscale hotel with thoughtful amenities especially for a large family or gathering. The Master bedroom bathroom is gorgeous and large shower and bathtub with plenty of storage space for a couple of weeks! It really is a very inviting estate. The backyard is a wonderful playland complete with mini put golf, and large piece chess board. The swimming pool and hot tube provide great relaxation. A large gas grill available to complement your picnic dining. Sitting area complete with outdoor fans make for a nice leisure morning drinking coffee. It is in a great location very close to great dining, golfing and downtown. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes/cutlery perfect for the culinary artist. The wifi worked really well and supported 7 of us with gaming, working remotely, etc. Highly recommend staying here!

Girls trip

The house was so pretty and well stocked with everything you’d need. We did have a few issues but they did get resolved. The hot tub wasn’t working upon arrival and was fixed the next day. Unfortunately arrival day we weren’t able to use it. The second issue was the bathrooms didn’t have GFI plugs and we blew a fuse. The fuse box was behind a locked door and the maintenance on Saturday was closed. We had to get ready in the dinning room since all bathroom plugs didn’t work. I would hope the fuse box in the future was not locked up. We loved the lay out, beds were very comfortable and the house was so clean!

Beautiful Property

We had a fantastic girls' weekend at the Marabella house! The gathering areas were spacious, furniture comfortable and perfect for spending quality time together. The house had all of the amenities you could think of, including oversized beach towels and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful pool area. The beds were super comfortable, ample closet/drawer space and luggage racks. The kitchen was well-appointed, with coffee pods, a spice rack, serving platters for our charcuterie boards, a filtered water pitcher, and everything we needed to prep food and drinks for our group of 8. The local Sprouts grocery store was conveniently located when we needed to run out. Location-wise, it was perfect for anyone looking to explore Scottsdale – close to great dining, shopping, and hiking options. We headed to Kierland Commons a few times. We hiked Pinnacle Peak and Piestewa Peak (go early when it's not yet hot!). The issue we encountered during our stay was effectively resolved to our satisfaction by the management team. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this property without any reservations.

Beautiful Home and Yard

The house was beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the backyard was a little paradise, the kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed our stay very much! Couple things, and why I gave it a 4, I reached out a few time for very little issue, no trash bags in the home, no bedding for the pullout couch, not enough shower towels for the 13 people we had there, etc. but the communication was "look in the cupboard" as if I hadn't searched the whole home already before I reached out. They "Should" be in the cupboard or they should be under the sink... but nothing was there. They also asked me to call to have the pool heated so I did the day we arrived and it kept getting colder over days. I reached out again and they said I never called to add that on. So instead of turning it on for the last 2 days we were there, they just said there was nothing they could do. So we ended with a very cold pool after a 5 day stay. Just little things, but overall it is a lovely home.

We also appreciate your feedback on the few issues you encountered during your stay. We’re sorry for the frustration with the missing trash bags, pullout couch bedding, and towels. We will definitely review this with our team to ensure everything is properly stocked for future guests. Regarding the pool heating, we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and the issues you experienced with the temperature. We understand how disappointing this must have been and will look into the process to ensure smoother coordination moving forward. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay in the future!
