Tipsy Turtle Villa is approximately 500 yards from the sparkling white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf with direct beach access via the tram service/pass-over bridge. The ideal location lets you hit the beach and dive into local attractions, all while enjoying a quiet, 24-hour secure community. The Tipsy Turtle kitchen is equipped with all the gadgets you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal, a quick breakfast, lunch, and a beach beverage. This food loving kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops and modern backsplash. There are two coffee makers (Conventional & Keurig), and more! The kitchen has all brand new high-end appliances! Ample storage and a NEW full-size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also included for your convenience.

The dining table comfortably seats four with three bar stools for added seating. The lighting is beachy and bright, and this space creates a great place for making memories as you gather around the dining table to play games and socialize with your group. The rear covered patio extends the beach vibe outdoors, overlooking the pond with a water feature and visits from the resident turtles and ducks. There is even a brand new Weber Electric Grill for your use . Not in the mood to cook in the villa one night, there are lots of onsite dining options at Edgewater, too. The Tipsy Turtle Main Suite has a comfy king-sized bed with high thread count linens and heavenly pillows. This room offers a 50” 4KHD smart TV with local stations and streaming apps. Private access to the oversized tile patio to enjoy your morning coffee and night cap. Enjoy mesmerizing views of the fully stocked pond with a relaxing water feature. Adjacent to your main bedroom is a private en-suite bath that offers a vanity with plenty of storage space and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower! The Boho Beachin' secondary bedroom suite offers two comfy queen-sized mattresses with a Boho vibe and its very own 46" smart TV with local channels as well as cable channels. The second bath is located just off the second bedroom and has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and granite counter tops. The second bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. It's very handy to have en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms when everyone is getting ready to go out for a day at the beach or a night on the town. It makes getting ready to go out so much easier when everyone has their own bathroom!

The Tipsy Turtle provides a set of left and right handed golf club sets as well as two beach chairs and a cooler for your use during your stay; talk about convenience!

The Tipsy Turtle Villa is a short walk to the beach, 3 minutes to be exact to toes in the sand! Or take the convenient tram that picks you up right outside your front door. Parking is available throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests online in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
