With a king bed in the Tipsy Turtle Main Suite and two queen beds in the Boho Beachin' Secondary Bedroom, you and your guests are sure to have plenty of space in this ground level, 1325 square foot villa. Tipsy Turtle Villa is approximately 500 yards from the sparkling white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with direct beach access via the tram service/pass-over bridge. The ideal location lets you hit the beach and dive into local attractions, all while enjoying a quiet, 24-hour secure community. As soon as you open the front door to Tipsy Turtle, you will be in awe of the high end, well-appointed furnishings and attention to detail throughout the villa. The large open floor plan is furnished with a relaxing leather sofa, 2 oversized leather chairs, and 2 additional conversational chairs. Kick back and indulge with the large 65” 4KHD flat screen TV with Local TV & Streaming. Bring all your devices and you can surf to your heart's content with Lux Speed WiFi provided throughout the property. Enjoy a great beach novel and watch the turtles & birds from inside or outside the Tipsy Turtle Villa.

Don't be surprised to find that this kitchen is better equipped than your kitchen back home. The Tipsy Turtle kitchen is equipped with all the gadgets you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal, a quick breakfast, lunch, and a beach beverage. This food loving kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops and modern backsplash. There are two coffee makers (Conventional & Keurig), and more! Ample storage and a NEW full-size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also included for your convenience.

The dining table comfortably seats four with three bar stools for added seating. The lighting is beachy and bright, and this space creates a great place for making memories as you gather around the dining table to play games and socialize with your group. The rear covered patio extends the beach vibe outdoors, overlooking the pond with a water feature and visits from the resident turtles and ducks. Please note, the grill is for owners use only. Not in the mood to cook in the villa one night, there are lots of onsite dining options at Edgewater, too. Visit oceanside/poolside, Oceans Restaurant, as you won't be disappointed.

The Tipsy Turtle Main Suite has a comfy king-sized bed with high thread count linens and heavenly pillows. This room offers a 50” 4KHD smart TV with local stations and streaming apps. Private access to the oversized tile patio to enjoy your morning coffee and night cap. Enjoy mesmerizing views of the fully stocked pond with a relaxing water feature. Adjacent to your main bedroom is a private en-suite bath that offers a vanity with plenty of storage space and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower! The Boho Beachin' secondary bedroom suite offers two comfy queen-sized mattresses with a Boho vibe and its very own flat screen TV also with Roku. The second bath is located just off the second bedroom and has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and granite counter tops. The second bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. It's very handy to have en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms when everyone is getting ready to go out for a day at the beach or a night on the town. It makes getting ready to go out so much easier when everyone has their own bathroom!

The Tipsy Turtle Villa is a short walk to the beach, 3 minutes to be exact to toes in the sand! Or take the convenient tram that picks you up right outside your front door. Enjoy being surrounded by a multitude of amenities during your next vacation. Tipsy Turtle, Edgewater Villa 2901 is located next door to one of the many pools scattered throughout the Villa side and this condo sits directly on one of the many ponds! Attending a meeting or conference? A Golf Weekend? A Pickleball Tournament? This is the perfect location! The Tipsy Turtle villa is a short walk to the Event Center, Pro Shop and Courts.

Parking is available throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests online in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available for an additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have several pools to choose from, all heated. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.

The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and Stairmaster machines. The game room offers video games and there is volleyball on the beach.
