Cocoonr agency offers this charming 28 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, 300 metres from the beach, with swimming pool, in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and flexible furniture to create a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (90x190)
- Shower room with shower and washing machine.
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan and iron.
The air-conditioning system is installed in the living room and has the capacity to air-condition the whole flat.

Optional:
- Bed linen and towels are optional and can be booked with our on-site manager.

Outdoor facilities :
- Two shared swimming pools (heated), including a children's pool, open from May to September.

- Three tennis courts and three petanque courts
