Ty Coët is a 68 m² stone house created from the renovation of a former farmhouse now divided into several homes. It has kept its original charm and a traditional holiday-home atmosphere 🏡.

On the ground floor, you will find an open living area with a dining space, a lounge featuring rattan armchairs, and a fully equipped kitchen 🍽️ including stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and a L’Or Barista coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules. The kitchen reflects its original style but provides everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms:
- one with a 140 cm double bed
- and another with a 160 cm bed.
One bedroom also opens onto a small workspace, ideal for remote working 💻. A bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet is located upstairs, while an additional toilet is available on the ground floor.

The house includes fiber WiFi, a washing machine, and a private terrace with outdoor dining area 🌿.

Two parking options are available: one private space and one additional non-private space depending on availability 🚗.
