We get a weekend cabin usually a couple times a year, and this has been hands down our favorite. The cabin is great and the location is even better. Secluded and beautiful view of the mountains. Sitting on the deck and taking it all in was the highlight of the trip. Highly recommend!

Great little get away

We had a fantastic time at this cabin. Very cozy, clean and spectacular views from the porch. They aren’t exaggerating when they recommend 4x4. The road up was exciting and a non 4x4 vehicle will not make it. Easy drive to Hayesville for dinner and several great trailheads and waterfalls within a short drive. Lots of memories made. Highly recommend!

Believe the listing. 4x4 and unbelievable. You may make it with a 2 wheel drive suv or truck, very experienced driver and good weather but if you take anything out of that equation, you need a 4x4. The gravel road is narrow and hit inclines of a 15% grade and tight turns. If you have to ask, yes that is very steep. Probably the best view we have ever had. Cabin was clean and up to date. Perfect getaway for 2. There was a blackstone for grilling or a full kitchen for cooking inside. We experienced all 4 seasons over the weekend arrived in the 70's. Had heavy rain and left in the teens with snow and wind chill of 8. You can take everything to cook and survive for a few day and not leave or ride to Murphy, Hiawassee, or Hayesville for about a 30ish minute ride. The only things maybe worth even mentioning is.. it must be on a gas hot water tank, so yes 1 person could run it out the hot water but within 10 to 20 mins it is good to go again. Second, Parking is tight and narrow. You will want to turn around before trying to back up the driveway to the road and don't think you will do this with 2 vehicles there. Third is around doors or windows there were some ladybugs or whatever bugs. .. you are in the mountains,,, you will have them no matter where you go so no need to rip a beautiful and clean cabin over that. Not even a thing but, AT&T service was fine for called but slow of internet. WiFi is available.Incase you can't tell...YES. We will stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

Beautiful cabin, beautiful views. Cabin exactly as described. It is an absolute necessity to have a 4 wheel drive to make it up the mountain to the cabin. We had 2 days of bad weather but was nice to stay in by the gas logs and just chill. During a period of no rain we were able to get out and hike around the area. Would definitely stay at the Unbelievable cabin again!

It was a very clean atmosphere. The master bedroom was very comfortable. Rooms for improvement would be the check in could have been easier with a key code instead of going out of the way. Also, the hot water supply is very small so take a quick shower. The views were spectacular and perfectly illustrate the name of the property (Unbelievable). Perfect get-a-way for a small crew.

AMAZING Views, COZY Cabin, 4WD Required!

My wife and I spent 5 days/4 nights at the aptly named cabin, UNBELIEVABLE. Reviews of this location are correct…4WD is virtually required to reach the top, but once you’re there, you’re almost in the clouds, near the ridge top of the mountain, completely surrounded by tranquility and nature, with no one else around you! We loved the views from the deck while enjoying the hot tub at sunrise or especially at sunset. This cabin is well stocked with everything we needed. Comfy throw blankets and pillows and amazing views from the inside as well! Communication with the management team was smooth and we felt cared for both before and after our stay. We’d come again if we’re ever in the area and we would totally recommend this place to anyone interested.

Awesome location and stay! Beautiful sunsets and Unbelievable views. At the top of the mountain all by yourself. Super clean and well kept. Plenty of excellent cooking equipment: super well stocked. Wish we could stay here forever! We even extended our stay a few days since it was available. I had to work, unfortunately, a couple of days, but the wifi was fine (and what an awesome location for an office!) Four wheel drive definitely suggested: we have a truck and we were able to get up in 2 wheel drive (just to see if we could) but most of the time we kept it in 4 wheel drive for the last 1/4 mile. Only small glitch: the checkin directions told us to look for a lockbox but there isn’t one. It’s a numeric code to enter. We were able to call and they returned our call within 20 minutes.

Beautiful view, but disappointed

We were very excited about staying in this rental cabin. That is until we found out that the gas fireplace did not work. They really should not advertise as having a working fireplace because the fireplace and the view is what we were most looking forward to. It was also calling for snow that weekend and we got a call saying the power would likely go out and as a result of not having a working fireplace, it would be very cold because there would not be any heat! Luckily they moved us to another rental(that of course cost more money) but we were really disappointed that we could not enjoy the cabin that I rented over 2 months ahead of time specifically to wake up to this view every day. My advice: call and find out all the details of the property especially that bit about the fireplace. There's also no WiFi

Breathtaking

My fiancé and I spent a week at the cabin, and it was some much needed downtime. The cabin was exactly as described and the views from the cabin a beautiful. You will definitely need four wheel drive to get to the cabin. If you are looking for a secluded cabin with gorgeous views then this is definitely the place.

Amazing Property

This house is nothing short of Unbelievable. It lives up to its name. The check in instructions and directions given by Property Management was so accurate. We never had any problems accessing the front door. In fact, every time I called the Property Management prior to the trip, they were very communicative. So helpful to someone like me who had a million questions. I would reiterate the need for a 4 wheel drive, it is needed once you get past the main road as you ascend the mountain. There were many towels, extra blankets, pillows, all the pots, kitchen gadgets and dishes you need. The gas fireplace is so amazing. Robin with the property Management was GREAT, I reached out to her for a small issue and was resolved swiftly and I just cannot say enough great things about her. Lots of land to walk and discover right out the front door. On our way home, we were already talking when to book this property again.

Amazing Views, Cozy Cabin, Terrible CheckIn

The property itself is fantastic. If you are looking for an off-the-beaten-path getaway to relax and unwind away from noise and people, THIS IS IT. The cabin is adorable and comfortable and the views are absolutely beautiful. As the other reviews say, you will not get to the cabin if you don't have 4-wheel drive. I will be honest, I didn't believe this at first. But there is no question, just don't even try. The one and only issue we had was the check-in process. Supposedly you download an app that connects to the house lock via bluetooth with you arrive and you're in. Sounds too good to be true because...it is. We arrived late at night, as we drive in from 3-4 hours away after work on a Thursday. It was freezing, we could not get in the house, we had "spotty" at best cell and internet service. We called all numbers available for the property owners and managers and could get through to no one. We finally had to call the general VRBO help/customer service line and they also could not get through to the property owners the first two times. We sat in the VERY cold and dark for ~40 mins while they told us they were trying to find us ANOTHER PLACE to stay the night. (They actually had the nerve to ask if we could just go to a hotel....). They did finally end up getting in touch with the property owner around midnight and we discovered there was a combination lock box beside us with keys in it the whole time (this was never given to us as an option for check-in). Once inside the house the rest of the trip was picture-perfect. I would definitely stay here again, just make sure to have a secondary, more reliable, check-in option.

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
