Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen island and when your culinary creations are complete, dine together in the lovely dining space. The inviting balcony will bid you to step outside and witness the stunning ocean views.

Resort-style amenities include a heated pool (eight feet deep, open year-round), game room, gym, saunas, basketball court, tennis court, and a large sun deck that leads to the beach. Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool. Additional perks include complimentary WiFi, Netflix capabilities, a DVD player, washer/dryer, and assigned parking for one car in the complex lot.

Centrally located in the heart of Ocean City, this beachside gem is perfect for your Atlantic Coast vacation! A plethora of shops, restaurants, and convenient amenities are within an easy walk up or down Coastal Highway. Explore the flora and fauna of the area five miles away at Fenwick Island State Park. Things to Know
There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
