The Cocoonr agency offers this house for rent in Saint-Lucien. It is a former barn dating from 1800, completely redesigned and renovated, with a surface area of 215 square feet, which can accommodate up to 7 guests.
It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 1,500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, fireplace (decorative) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1 & 2 each with a double bed (140x190), sharing a shower room (with shower and WC)
Second floor:
- A study area
- Bedroom 3: a master suite with a double bed (140x190) and en-suite bathroom (with shower, bath and WC)
- Bedroom 4: with single bed (90x140), washbasin and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 1,500 m² garden and a south-facing terrace of around 100 m² with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Lucien, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Walks around Saint-Lucien: several easy hiking/walking routes (around 13 km) on foot or by bike to get some fresh air in the surrounding countryside.
- Jardins et aqueduc de Maintenon: magnificent historic gardens and site of the aqueduct built under Louis XIV
- Saint-Sulpice church in Nogent-le-Roi: superb Gothic church with old stained glass windows
- Farms & local producers: discover farm produce such as at the Earl de Chenicourt farm in Saint-Lucien or other local producers (meat, vegetables, etc.).
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
