This is by far the best unit I have stayed in at the Sunbird. Everything you need is already there. Only complaint is the blast furnace you have to go through at the front door due to the A/C.Would definitely stay there again!

Home away from home

As soon as we walked in we felt at home. The views from the balcony were gorgeous, the condo was stocked with basic essentials that you may have forgotten at home and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be booking with Dava again in the future.

Everything was perfect. Condo located right on the beach with private and secured beach access. Apartment was full of supplies just as mentioned, loved the coffees bar. Owner Dava was very supportive and always available. My family enjoyed the stay, will definitely recommend everyone to go for it.

No Words!

My daughter and I took a quick trip before school started back and we both loved it so much we wanted to move in! This condo exceeded every expectation I had, and I’m very picky. The decor was beautiful, it was extremely clean, the location is perfect, and the hosts were incredible! They consistently checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is the most well stocked place I have ever stayed in - they thought of everything! I couldn’t be happier with our experience and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Best Unit at Subbird!

This unit was excellent in every category! We quickly realized that we overpacked because once we were inside the unit we found everything you need for a fun day at the beach for all ages! Dava was an excellent host and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to get away and relax. I can only hope that I am able to book in time for next year before all spots are full! 11/10!

Amenities and Much More!

407W was extremely clean and nicely appointed with a firm, comfortable couch and extra chargers for electronic devices. Both the bedroom and living area had ceiling fans, which my husband especially appreciated. The kitchen had a Keurig with both a pot and single cup function, and Dava stocked K-cups in case you forgot to bring yours. We prefer a very firm mattress so the king-sized bed was quite soft from our perspective, but there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. There were also plenty of towels - the fluffy kind you’d keep at home - a lovely shower, and a blow dryer in the bathroom. I don’t have room to list all of the amenities but suffice it to say that, with the exception of personal items like a hair brush, if you forgot to bring a basic household or kitchen item, it was probably provided. The rental included daily beach chair and umbrella service, and the porch had very comfortable Adirondack chairs. We had a few questions before and during our stay, and Dava responded quickly when I emailed her. We’ve been staying at the Sunbird for about 20 years and this was definitely one of our best rental experiences overall.

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
We booked this property for a school break between the winter holidays, expecting a smooth and well-organized stay. Unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience for our family. We received a booking confirmation with instructions and were informed that the gate and rental access codes would be provided 24 hours prior to check-in. However, we never received those details, and the owner did not respond to our messages. Communication was limited to VRBO messaging, and there was no direct contact number available. On the evening before check-in and on the day of arrival, we still had no response from the owner. After contacting VRBO customer service, they were also unable to reach the owner. VRBO ultimately issued a refund and was very helpful throughout the process. This situation left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations on the same day, traveling with three children and fully packed bags. We had to book another rental at a higher cost and purchase additional items that were not included in the new property. This was our first experience renting directly from an owner rather than a property management company, and it was extremely disappointing—especially given the very positive reviews this listing had received. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect those expectations at all.

My wife and I are from Ohio, but we both love the beach. Every chance we get to visit the beach we are there.
We enjoy hosting because it allows us to share our experiences with other families. We both have large families so it started out just renting our unit to close friends and family then it took off before we knew it we were renting it out all year.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We chose this area because not only Is it close to the best attractions in Panama City Beach? It is also family Oriented, secure, and private.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Our properties stand out because of the amenities That we offer such a reasonable price. You don’t have to worry about breaking the bank when you vacation at one of our properties.
