The sleeping arrangement accommodates up to maximum of 8 guests including children . Parking available for 3 cars on the driveway or on the street
Free WiFi. Free Netflix provided through the 55” Tv in living room.
Kitchen is fully equipped , fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, rice cooker , pots and pans. Given the needs of guest are different , please bring your own kitchen supplies and tools if you plan to cook often . Dishes are set for the needs of max 8 guest.
Complimentary starter amenities- shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels.

Children are welcome but if they are under the age of 16 they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times . Owner is not responsible for accidents due to parents negligence.

Very close to the Strip and all the big and famous Casinos, where you can attend shows, eat at the best restaurants, gamble.
8-10 minutes away from the Raiders stadium and T- mobile arena.
Close to Golf Courses, Convention center, lots of Shopping outlets and Mall's
Few small restaurants, Coffee places, grocery stores, and gas station can be found in the area (less than a mile away)

Warning ⚠️ We have poisonous trees in our backyard that can be dangerous for small kids and animals! Owner is not responsible for any incidents.
If a guests arrive with a pet they will be turned away. If after check out the cleaning company discover pet hair, pee or poop they charge additional $200 to clean which will be taken of your deposit.
* 🚭 No Smoking- There is absolutely NO SMOKING and viping allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.

* Early check-ins ( before 3pm) and late check-outs are by request - additional $20/ hour. You have to check with us first if early check-in is available that day.

*Guest have an obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged. Trash must be taken to the trash bin outside( in-front of the garage).
Please take the sheets and pillowcases off the bed and leave them on the corner of the bed
*Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property, or remove items such as glassware, tableware, linens, towels, etc. will have to reimburse the owners the full amount of the occurred damage

Also, take into consideration the water heater is 40 gallons so if all guests take shower immediately one after another the last who takes shower might not enjoy warm water. Please don’t use the bathtub as there won’t be hot water left for the others.

***After check-out, If the home is need of excessive cleaning due to tenant neglect or abuse, the extra amount charged by the cleaning service will be deducted from the security deposit.

Though not required, we highly suggest guests purchase "cancel for any reason" travel insurance if you are thinking you may have to cancel due to Covid or any other reason. Unfortunately we cannot and will not act as your insurer and reservations cannot and will not be refunded when they are beyond the cancellation period. You can look online for travel insurance providers.
