Welcome to Mountain Bear Lodge, a stunning mountain home located in quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown, where guests will enjoy incredible views of the ski mountains from every window, or from a huge deck with your very own private hot tub.
Decorated in mountain country style, this 3,580 square foot home radiates comfort and coziness with plenty of room for the whole family on three levels. Shoppers will love this in-town location with a five-minute walk to Historic Main Street Breckenridge shops and restaurants or a three-minute easy walk to the free town shuttle.
The great room, with its exposed logs and cathedral floor-to-ceiling windows, enjoys spectacular views of the Breckenridge ski area mountains and beyond. Relax in comfort on leather couches in front of the large rock fireplace and entertain in style in this stunning open-concept main level.
Chefs will have fun in the gourmet kitchen with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, a gas cooktop, and a large center island with seating.
A dining table seats eight nearby for easy meals and conversation while enjoying the views and company. Enjoy al fresco dining in summer on a spectacular southwest-facing large deck with views of the ski mountains and town, seating, a grilling area, and a hot tub for relaxing after a long day.
A cozy den off the great room features a queen sleeper sofa and is a great place to get some remote work done or to curl up with a good book.
The primary king suite is on the main level and is just steps away from the hot tub and features a fireplace, TV, and a beautiful ensuite with a soaking tub and steam shower. On the upper level, guests will enjoy two more king suites with phenomenal views and a family suite with one queen and one twin bed with an ensuite bath. A king suite room is on the lower level, a spacious room with a sitting area and TV, and a private bath.
Other amenities include a laundry room on the main level, a two-bay garage with parking for four cars total, a mudroom for gear storage, and a humidifier system. Four-wheel drive is required in the winter months.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
