Nestled in the beautiful woods of Broken Bow, The Loft, hosted by The Bear Cabins in BB, is a stunning two-story cabin designed just for couples or small families! With room for up to 4 guests, it’s the perfect getaway for those looking to relax and reconnect.

Step inside and discover a professionally designed space that prioritizes your comfort. The main living area, located upstairs, offers breathtaking views of the towering pines. Whip up a delicious meal in our fully equipped kitchen, perfect for 2-4 people, complete with a cozy bar top for enjoying meals together. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you need to prep dinner for the entire crew. The living room is open and inviting, ideal for lounging after a day of adventure. You can access the charming second-level deck from here or through the master bedroom, where you can enjoy the fresh air and stunning scenery.

- **Bedroom #1 (upstairs)**: King bed with a large walk-in closet, TV, and luxurious linens.
- **Downstairs Game Room**: Pull-out sofa sleeper for the kids. Note that the downstairs features glass roll-up doors without curtains, so keep this in mind when booking.

Step outside to the inviting back porch living area, complete with a large hot tub, grill, and dining table—perfect for meals under the stars. Don’t forget your s'mores for the fantastic fire pit out back!

Located at the end of a quiet road, The Loft offers a serene escape with minimal traffic. You’ll be just 5 minutes away from the main road, giving you easy access to the lake, top-notch restaurants, shopping, and more!

**Important Information:**
- No Pets Allowed: We love furry friends, but please respect our no-pet policy to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. If a pet is brought, we may have to ask you to leave without a refund.
- Security: We have exterior security cameras at the front and back doors to ensure your safety, but there are no cameras inside.

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
