We welcome you to our elegant 2-bedroom apartment “Le Maria”, located in the heart of Cannes, just a few minutes’ walk from La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals. Ideal for 4 guests, this spacious 72 m² retreat with double terrace, air conditioning, and elevator access is perfect for both leisure and business stays. Just a few meters from a supermarket, a bakery, a florist, and many local shops, it offers the perfect location for a hassle-free stay.
