This lovely property, comprising two stone cottages, is full of character with its stone walls, original fireplaces and exposed beams. It offers a peaceful holiday destination ideal for two families or a group of friends with its private pool, sauna, terrace and garden.

It has been carefully renovated with lots of attention to detail, and offers a perfect accommodation for up to 11 guests.

Main house (3 bedrooms/shower room/6 people)

* A couple of steps lead down from the entrance hall to:
* a spacious kitchen/diner with travertin floor, stone walls and exposed beams.
- It offers a dining area with a farmhouse table and 6 chairs, and dresser. A woodburner stove is ideal for mid season stays, and cooler evenings.
- the open plan perfectly equipped kitchen, has everything you need to cook delicous home cooked meals: cooker, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. It has a large bar providing extra informal dining space.
Its french door opens onto the large terrace, also equipped with a table and chairs and lovely views over the countryside beyond.

A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find:
* a spacious sitting room with wooden floor, exposed beams and stone walls, offering a leather corner sofa and flat screen TV. There is also a table football.
* a first bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine level.
This leads onto:
* a spacious shower room with two washbasins, large walk in shower and a toilet. There is a door giving direct access to the pool terrace.
Then in turn, a master bedroom with a large double bed 160cm, with bedside tables and integrated USB charger and lamps. This room also has access to the exterior via a glass door.

A staircase leads up to the second floor where you will find:
* a twin bedroom, nestled underthe eaves with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table. Yet again, there is a door allowing direct access to the pool area of the garden.

Guest House ( 2 bedrooms/1 shower room/5 people)

Situated at just 10m from the main house, the guest house offers a fabulous spacious living room with a leather chesterfield sofa and two armchairs set around the woodburner and flat screen TV. A large solid wooden dining table offers the possibility for 11 people to eat inside during wet weather or the low season.

A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor:
* a spacious double bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a single bed ideal for a child wishing to sleep near his/her parents. (please note that the ceiling height is limited)

From the living room, a staircase leads down to the lower level where you will find:
* a second double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside table and lamps.
* a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
* a laundry area completes this floor

Despite the fact that both cottages are extremely comfortable and well equipped, it is certainly outside where you will appreciate the calm and tranquility of La Fontaine du Coudert. The superb view over the surrounding countryside from the various terraces and the pool is quite simply... magic!
* and the cherry on the cake, is the superb swimming pool, measuring 8m x 4m, and secured by a removable cover. It is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
* L'Atelier offers a space for our younger (or young at heart!) visitors with a table tennis table, pool table and sofa.
* The grounds comprise lawned areas, ideal for ball games, and wooded areas where children can play hide and seek.
* Parking for several cars

NB Due to its position on the hillside, the house and grounds have many steps and stairs.
