Blue By You is the perfect vacation home for those who love the beauty of the beach and the convenience of the canal/bay access. It is a treasure that will call you back year after year.

Take 200 steps from the front door to the Chub Road Beach Access. Your beach home features a spacious screened patio overlooking the private, solar-heated pool and the canal leading to the bay. Enjoy easy access to the canal for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Bring your own equipment or rent locally and have it delivered. Blue By You is the perfect place to enjoy a long and relaxing vacation with friends and family.

The first floor is a great fit for multi-generational gatherings featuring a primary suite with a spacious ensuite, complete with a newly remodeled, gorgeous walk-in shower. The second bedroom is across from a hall bathroom and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A media library of books, movies, and games will keep everyone entertained after a fun day of sun, sand, and surfing. There are no stairs to navigate on the ground floor.

A beautifully designed, well-equipped kitchen and dining area has two large islands featuring quartz countertops that seat guests. The kitchen flows into a family room with plenty of seating. Open the sliding door to gain access to a screened porch furnished with tables, a cushioned sectional, a mini-fridge, and a tropical bar. The large screened porch/sunroom provides refuge from the sun and a bug-free space to dine, play games, and gather to enjoy your family's company. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, eight LED TVs, and lots of games such as foosball, air hockey, a basketball hoop, and cornhole.

On the second floor, you’ll find a primary suite, another bedroom, a bunk bedroom, and yet another bedroom with several beds and a trundle. The upstairs den has a TV and sleeper sofa. The second floor gives access to a multi-level deck to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that only Sandbridge has to offer. Blue By You provides plenty of space and privacy for you to enjoy your vacation with the people you love.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
