Above the port and the Centre beach, in the heart of Cap d'Erquy (Grand Site de France), in a peaceful setting with exceptional sea views, Cocoonr agency offers this charming, fully renovated, air-conditioned house for rent, with wifi, measuring 90 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Sea views from the terrace and bedrooms.
It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and three beautiful bedrooms with sea views. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- An open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
- A bathroom (with shower and WC)
First floor
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Two bedrooms with two single beds (80x200)
- One bathroom (with shower)
- A separate WC on the first floor
Outside: a south-facing terrace overlooking the bay of Erquy, with sea views, a plancha and furniture available.
Very close to Cap d'Erquy, Grand Site de France, the house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The port of Erquy and its many restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the house.
The house is located on the road leading to the magnificent Cap d'Erquy, a 10-minute walk away.
You can also walk to the beach in the centre of Erquy, or to one of Erquy's many beaches, such as the wild Lourtuais beach, the Lac Bleu....
The GR34 passes very close to the house.
