Blue Lagoon is located on the ground floor at Sea Sands Condominiums in Port Aransas.

This very spacious ground floor 1-bedroom condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. The shaded patio looks out to the grassy area where the BBQ grills are and steps away from the large swimming pool. The condo gets lots of light. There is a boardwalk to the beach as well. Boat parking is available in the large parking lot.
Located in the golf cart approved driving area of Port Aransas.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
