The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette, equipped with Tassimo coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Exterior:
- A 10 m² east-west terrace with furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.
- A private, unenclosed outdoor space of around 50 m² with no overlooked neighbours.
- Shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, weather permitting).
- 250 m² wellness area (sauna, hammam) open from June to September (fee payable).
- A snack bar offering fast food is available from May to September.

The house is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage's private car park (1 car). Free parking is available on the estate.
