Fee Schedule: 50% of overall rental fee due at booking and the remaining 50% is due one month prior to your stay. $150 cleaning fee & $1,000 security deposit with each stay.

*Other than the Sandy island near the dam, Buffalo Lake is more of a fishing lake than a swimming lake. It can get quite weedy in the summer.

Our home does have some outdoor cameras for security purposes, but none indoor.
