Cocoonr offers you this charming 83 mÂČ flat in Briançon with a mountain view and ski station within walking distance. It sleeps up to 8 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 23 mÂČ living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the first floor:
- A 23 mÂČ living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom (with shower and toilet)
Upstairs:
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140Ă190)
- Bedroom 3: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A bathroom (with bathtub)
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 4 mÂČ balcony, facing west with mountain views, accessible from one of the two double bedrooms
- An 8 mÂČ balcony, facing west with mountain views, to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Briançon, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- In winter: downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding
- In summer: hiking, mountain biking and cycling, paragliding
- Explore the town with its cobbled streets and Vauban ramparts
- Sample local products
- Relax at the thermal baths
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Briançon, about 1.2 miles away
- Nearest airport: Sandro Pertini Airport in Turin Caselle, about 75 miles away
