Pelican Walk 402 is a PET FRIENDLY condo right on the beach! FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service (March through October) are included as a THANK YOU for Booking Pelican Walk 402! Unit 402 is a 1 bedroom - 2 bathroom Gulf front condo that sleeps up to four guests. It is located on the 4th floor overlooking the east pool and the Gulf's emerald blue-green water!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or less. The Pelican Walk HOA charges a Pet Fee of $150 per pet.

Upon arrival, you will immediately be drawn to the private balcony, where breathtaking views of the Gulf are on full display. The balcony looks out over the east side pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. Both bathrooms have custom tile showers and granite counter vanities. There is also a full kitchen, dining area that seats 4, and a full size washer and dryer in the condo. Pelican Walk 402 has everything you need for a relaxing BEACH vacation!

Pelican Walk is located on the East end of PCB on Thomas Drive. Staying at Pelican Walk you will be close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusements park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf, go Kart tracks, Shell Island Shuttles, and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous resort amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis & Pickleball courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Bedroom covers were soiled. We washed them ourselves. The couch that my son slept on stinks (probably becaused its cloth material). Overall not a bad experience. We still enjoyed our vacation.

Thank you for the review and letting us know about the bedding and sofa! We had the sofa professionally cleaned on 8/5/25. At check-in you were provided with a check-in welcome packet with our cleaning guarantee: if housekeeping missed something to let us know and we will send housekeeping with-in 24 hours to fix what they missed. We appreciate you cleaning the bed coverings but had you let us know we would have swapped it out with a backup clean quilt. Again, thank you for your helpful feedback! We hope you come stay again in the future!

Great week at the beach!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony light seemed to be blown/not working but we enjoy the balcony at night without lights anyway! There was a smell that came out of master shower, not sure if from water or the drain. It did get better the longer the water ran in shower. Loved the beach chairs that came with unit! We would book again!

The location to the beach was wonderful, and the condo was pretty outside. We did have some issues with things working properly such as tv, dryer and the last night there, right before we left, the shower wouldn’t work properly (water kept shooting from the shower head pipe) instead of the shower head. They did come fix the dryer but the Master bedroom tv never worked.

Family spring break with kids and dogs

We had a great time. Mr. Cecil was very nice to work with and prompt in his responses regarding his beautifully maintained property. My husband and our 2 kids had a great time. Our dogs made themselves at home and loved laying on the balcony while I had my morning coffee. We would definitely recommend this property.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this property (different units) and we plan on going back. We love the property and can deal with the small issues to enjoy the pet friendly stay with direct beach access. The staff took care of AC issue quickly and we were happy with the service provided. The bedroom windows need blackout curtains or something to block the hallway and entry lights at night. It’s very bright in the bedroom at night with just the blinds. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony provided a great view (but beware of the palm trees that block the view from some units). The new ramp was great and the pools are nice.

Beautiful updated condo!

LOVED this condo! We were in located in front of the pool/beach. Being near the pool was not noisy at all, so that wasnt an issue. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and we are so glad we chose this unit. The bathroom was beautifully decorated with a very modern shower. Pelican Walk is located on the quieter side of the town/strip and it was nice to be away from the crowds when we wanted to. We are already checking our calendars on when we can make another trip back. The pictures online and the actual condo met our expectations. Thanks Cecil and Sharon!

Our Favorite Condo 2nd stay

We stayed in the largest unit during Covid with more people and it was beautiful. My husband wanted to try to be more in the crowd of people so we tried a few different condos closer to Pier Park and one house for a few years. We brought our pups this time and it was perfect for the 2 adults and 1 child. We love the parking and that is a main reason we like it so much. We have had issues with parking for years. This is definitely our spot from now on. We always go for the 4th, a family tradition started years ago. The dogs are not allowed on the beach but they have a dog area for potty breaks and they are allowed on the park at Pier Park and a few more spots. Our favorite crepe place is right across the street which was another plus.

Weekend getaway

Good extended weekend getaway Thursday-Monday with our 2 dogs. Great location in PCB on Thomas Drive. Nice complex with a small dog area. Good stay overall in the unit. It was clean and accommodating with good appliances and a washer/dryer. Only complaint was construction in the unit above us was extremely loud upon our arrival Thursday afternoon and woke us up Friday morning at 730. It rattled the entire condo as it seemed they were demo-ing their existing tile flooring. Obviously not much you can do but it was an inconvenience with our dogs for a couple days as we couldn’t stand being in the condo while they were working. Saturday and Sunday were fine.

The way this property is built, depending on where your unit is located, the views of the beach are limited. The unit we occupied, we were only able to see the sun rise from the balcony.There are 2 pools, which were cleaned daily. However, the heated pool is apparently controlled by the homeowners association, and they elected not to heat. We had cooler weather and a heated pool would have been appreciated.The designated outdoor pet area was nice, however, many pet owners didn’t elect to pick up their dog waste, so when in that area, you have to be on the constant lookout for dog poop to keep from stepping in it. The unit itself is in serious need of updating. The vertical blinds in the den are missing most of the slats, which made it impossible for any privacy. The ceiling fan only works in one direction and needs to be replaced. The sleeper sofa is badly stained and isn’t comfortable to watch tv. One of the chairs was stained as well. The stove in the kitchen had 2 inoperable eyes. The master shower leaks and has a bad odor. The bedroom window treatment allows light to shine through, it’s so bad you don’t need a night light to navigate to the bathroom. It’s evident the owners don’t read their reviews or just don’t care. When reading past reviews the same issues we found, were left from years ago and haven’t been addressed. In summary, I can see why this unit hasn’t been rented much; it’s in dire need of an update and some TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Staff were courteous and helpful. Unit was just as described and beautifully furnished and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed. Everything was spotless. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Pros: Ice maker did not work. Reported to office staff and maintenance man came and liked at it-said he thought part had been ordered for it. Would call us back and let us know but we didn’t get call. Next day we called office and requested ice trays. Received 2 the next day and it still was fixed when we left. Our unit and patio were pool side and ocean side. On Wednesday and Thursday night from approximately 6:00pm to 8:30 pm, people and kids in pool were excessively loud, screaming and hollering. So loud that we could not enjoy the patio to sit out and listen to ocean or enjoy a beverage. Inside the unit, their noise drowned out the tv and we had it turned up and still could not hear it. On the beach, we had beach service chairs that were provided with our unit and had a young man that handled umbrellas/assigned chairs. Supposedly according to printed Blanche where are yourules given to us when we checked in, tents and canopies are to be put up to the left, right, or behind beach chairs but they were up in front of beach service chairs on daily basis, thus blocking view. Some people even constructed umbrella camps blocking view. Also according to printed rules, children/teenagers are to be supervised by parents or adults, this did not happen to the majority of kids. A majority of Teenagers were in the pools unsupervised constantly and also the hot tub. We could not enjoy either the hot tub nor pools, bc of unsupervised teenagers. Also unit only had 2 elevator and on check out day they were crowed. Housekeeping was on elevator with a big bin that took up half of the elevator. We waited approximately half hour to catch elevator. Both of us cannot do stairs bc of health problems.

No crowds anywhere! +We had a lovely beach front condo with a heated swimming pool and indoor hot tub. Staff at Anchor Management was very helpful providing information for local restaurants and activities. Dog walk was a bit far from the building, but provided a nice grassy spot for their relief. We were very pleased with everything and will likely return next year.

Heated pool was not working but could still use the pool. Hot tub located inside is showing its age. We did not realize TV was not working properly. We just thought owner of the unit had limited package so nothing to watch. If assistance required (i.e. garburator backed up & noisy bathroom fan), maintenance showed up upon minutes. Would recommend this location & unit.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good location for our stay. First time bringing our dog and we will be back. The sofa had a few stains and missing pieces to blinds but overall excellent place.

Wonderful stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, although the balcony could use a good scrub and the couch could be cleaned as well. The view was gorgeous, the complex was very well kept & quiet. There are 2 pools right on the ocean and a hot tub. The chairs & umbrella are already set up on the beach which is so convenient. I would recommend staying here!
