Welcome to your new peaceful getaway on Martha’s Vineyard. Let our lovely home provide your family with a comfortable and well-furnished luxury holiday retreat.

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home on two levels: Sleep soundly upstairs in the enormous master bedroom on a king Tempurpedic mattress, or downstairs on a luxurious queen pillow-top. A third bedroom has 2 comfortable twin beds for the kids. Enjoy 2 full bathrooms (top floor with shower only, bottom with tub/shower combo) and have a nice bath or use our fun outdoor shower. And you can pack light and play hard; we have a full-sized washer and dryer downstairs.

Actually enjoy cooking on your vacation: Bring back fresh seafood or local produce and whip up some Instagram-worthy masterpieces with our well-appointed and fully stocked kitchen updated with new appliances. Serve meals at our kitchen island or dine al fresco out on the deck at our large picnic table (custom-built by the owners), and then throw everything into the dishwasher for an easy clean-up.

Relax in our living room: Play board games or have a movie night with an Apple TV hooked up to every major streaming service. Post Stories, FaceTime your friends back home, or secretly check your work email with our super fast mesh Wi-Fi network. Or just curl up on a comfy couch under a blanket and watch the sun set behind the trees through our wall of floor-to-ceiling windows.

Enjoy a spacious deck and backyard: Do morning yoga on the deck, read in a comfy chair in the shade of an umbrella, play Kan Jam or Bocce and other yard games, take a nap in a hammock, toast marshmallows around our fire pit, or watch the fireflies.

If you’re feeling adventurous: We have a garage with bikes and kayaks to explore the island’s many bike paths and beautiful ponds. Take our beach chairs, a beach umbrella, coolers, and beach towels to one of the Vineyard’s world-famous beaches. Or leave your cars parked in our driveway and go for a run through our quiet neighborhood.

Other details to note

We do live here half of the year; as such, we will have personal items in the home. Furthermore, some photos do reflect us and the people and pets we have in our life. Some clothing, bath products, and other items will be left behind. There is an abundance of spices, oils, condiments, and perishables that you are free to use. We do ask that you do *not* drink the wine left behind on the shelf within the kitchen island.

Our home will only be rented out a handful of time each year. We deliberately space out rental periods to provide you with completely flexible check-in and check-out times; this will help keep you stress-free when scheduling ferry and flight reservations and other travel around the island. You will NOT be asked to do laundry or strip beds when you leave, though we will ask you to take out the trash and start the dishwasher. Please, and thank you ahead of time.

Neighborhood

The property is located in a nice neighborhood with friendly full-time families as neighbors and safe streets for riding bikes or taking a walk. The backyard connects directly to a beautiful 5,000-acre state forest where you can spot deer and other wildlife while hiking, trail running, or mountain biking through the woods.

The housing development provides easy access to paved bike paths leading directly into downtown Edgartown (3 miles) and Oak Bluffs for shopping and dining or all the way to the best beaches on the island where you may bump into one of the Vineyard’s celebrity residents. There are grocery stores and farmers’ markets just minutes away.
