Relaxing family vacation

This house was perfect for our extended family to spend time together relaxing, fishing, and swimming. The beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed for a week away. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

This was a great place for the family to gather for a beautiful week on the lake. Lakeview Landing was exactly as described. The house was very clean and well equipped. We liked the layout of the bedrooms as it allowed for privacy and quiet. The amount of stairs to the lake are a little intimidating but if you take it slow and stop at the many landings along the way it makes the trip a little easier. Everyone had a wonderful time and want to do it again next year!

Overall it was a nice place. A few problem, only bathroom on the main floor was in the master bedroom, A few items where broke such as the suitcase stand in the basement, the fan in the main living room only had 3 blades and the latch on the screen door didn't work. One other problem was that when on the back deck you would get hit by sewer smell once in a while. Other than that it was a good place to stay with a great view.

Great for Family Time

Our multi generational family of 10 had the best time here and the house is decorated so cute. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the hot tub and the kids loved the swim mat. The fire pit area was a nice comfortable spot for relaxing. We appreciated the soaps and paper products that were available to us and the kitchen was well furnished. Nice property.

Adorable waterfront house

This property is so cute and comfortable. They have everything you need and then some. It’s stocked well too. Most places I stay, it comes with minimal things and we end up having to go buy supplies. This place has it all and I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely Lakeview Property

This was our fifth year to stay in Lake Egypt and the first at this property. The home was very nice, comfortable and clean. Plenty of kitchen items, towels, paper products etc. Wonderful view of lake especially from the hot tub out back! Due to the age of our group (55-65) the stairs to get down to the boat dock and up was challenging.

Could have been good… but wasn’t.

The property is good. Nice view. All the beds in the unit were unclean. I wasn’t impressed with the hot tub at all. We stayed one night instead of the week due to the bed situation. Host offered to have unit cleaned for us but it just really ruined our stay and we just didn’t want to be there. We just didn’t feel comfortable after that.

Great rental with everything you need!

This house was perfect for our end of summer get away with our friends. Having bedrooms & a full bath on each level allowed for privacy while the kitchen with eating bar, large dining table, and outdoor spaces allowed more than enough space for all 7 of us to be together. Having a 2nd den & kitchenette/full fridge in the basement allowed the college age kids their own space, while we enjoyed the 1st floor den. Loved the hot tub and plenty of chairs around the firepit for s'mores. Plenty of outside seating on each of the landing decks along the stairs to the dock meant we didn't have to lug chairs from place to place. The lily pad was great for lounging in the lake and something we will not go without in future rentals. We've stayed at many rental houses & condos and this was by far the best communication we've ever received. Before arriving, SIVR provided us all details on getting to the house, where to park, and even a great "app" that was personalized just for our rental house, with all details for the house and surrounding area. SIVR also texted after we were in to make sure all good, then a quick text at the end of our rental to remind us of check-out procedures. The home is equipped with everything you need! Just bring your clothes, some food & drink, and enjoy the lake with beautiful views and amazing sunsets!
