You'll love the immediate proximity of the thalassotherapy centre and its little cove opposite the flat, and the town of Quiberon, 2 km away, where you'll find all the amenities you need. You'll be immersed in a warm, peaceful atmosphere.
The 36 m2 flat is located on the 2nd floor with lift of a very quiet residence. It can accommodate up to 3 people.

- Entrance with cupboards and wardrobe beds (2x80).
- Living room with armchairs and television with sea view.
- Dining area with dining table.
- 140cm wardrobe bed.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher.

The flat has a superb 16 m2 balcony overlooking Belle Île with garden furniture.
The residence has a large private car park.
