Petit gîte Fargate - MUGRON

Welcome to Chalosse, a true countryside destination! In the countryside, there's always something to do: stroll along the greenway on foot or by bike for several kilometers, try out the Terra Aventura trails, embark on modern treasure hunts focused on local heritage, or admire the breathtaking view of the Adour River from the village center. The gîte, located just outside the village (with all amenities less than a kilometer away), is arranged on two levels on a private, unfenced plot. On the ground floor, there is a separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment), a living room, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm), and a shower room with shower and toilet. A usable wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a living room with a sofa, armchairs, a TV area, a reading corner, and a balcony overlooking the countryside. There is also a very bright bathroom with a bathtub and French doors opening onto a small balcony. For relaxation or exercise, a 50 m² mezzanine with a sloping ceiling offers a foosball table, a stepper, an exercise bike, and two single beds. Outside: garden furniture, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table. For babies, a travel cot, high chair, and baby bath are available. For your comfort, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen (tea towels), end-of-stay cleaning, and heating costs are included. This cottage is flexible; when renting the Petit Gîte Fargate, you will only have access to the rooms mentioned above (one bedroom is not accessible).
