Built in 1963 and recently fully renovated, it offers parking, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, smart TVs in every room, and laundry access. Please ensure the number of overnight guests in your reservation is accurate so the total price reflects your stay correctly.

This home is the complete relaxation getaway. From the enclosed steam shower, to the garden, barbecue grill, and the soaking tub, our zen retreat will transport you to your very own luxury spa. Our home is nestled in Georgia’s beautiful wooded landscape. As with any natural area, you may see insects or wildlife outside. We have regular professional pest control, but to help keep them outside, please keep exterior doors and windows closed. Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable for everyone!

Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Parking will be in our private driveway.

• Check-in is at 3:00PM, and check-out time is at 10:00AM.

Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee to accommodate scheduling and cleaning between guests. These policies are in place to ensure every guest arrives at a clean and well-prepared home.

Check-ins before 3pm are consider early check ins. If you would like to check-in prior to 3pm a early check- in fee applies. Please understand this is based on availability only. Messages us the day of your check-in to see if we can accommodate you.

Door code will be provide day of check-in before 3pm.

During your stay, your host will be within reach via the Airbnb app, text and by phone. She is around the area if you need anything but respects your privacy.

The area of Tucker is unique since you`re right outside of the city. The hustle and bustle is close but far enough away to relax and make memories. It is a very quiet, tranquil neighborhood. You can even enjoy meditation in the backyard.

You can also save some gas and hop on the MARTA! There`s a short drive to the nearest station. Uber/Lyft both readily available and sometimes you can even find some Byrd scooters around!

1.Start by pressing the power button
2. To select the temperature press set
3. Use the up-and-down arrows to set to desire temperature
4.Then press set.
*It will take approximately five-10 minutes for the sauna to build up steam please be patient.

THERMOSTAT:
During the winter months, the thermostat control panel is securely set to help maintain a safe and comfortable indoor temperature and to prevent frozen pipes. This measure helps protect the home while ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests. If you would like the temperature adjusted at any time, we are more than happy to do so remotely, just let us know. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

Notice: We do Allow pets at additional one time fee of $100 per stay for a maximum number of 2 pets. Any damages or pet stains found will be billed to you directly.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & STEAM SAUNA WAIVER

This property includes a steam sauna/steam shower as an optional amenity. For safety and insurance purposes, the primary booking guest is required to review and sign our Rental Agreement, which includes the Steam Sauna/Steam Shower Safety, Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver, prior to check-in.

The waiver contains steam sauna safety requirements, acknowledgment of the inherent risks associated with heat and steam, assumption-of-risk provisions, and release/hold-harmless provisions to the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law.

Use of the steam sauna is optional. All guests using the steam sauna must follow the provided operating and safety instructions.

Security Devices and Home Systems

Guests may not disconnect, cover, move, damage, disable, or otherwise tamper with any home security device or property system, including disclosed exterior security cameras, noise-monitoring devices, HVAC equipment, smart locks, or their connections.

If a device or system is accidentally disconnected or stops functioning, the Guest must notify Management immediately.

Intentional or repeated tampering may be treated as a violation of the property`s House Rules and this Agreement and may result in documented restoration or repair costs and other action permitted by the applicable booking platform and law.
