The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable seating space leading directly onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying the Cannes climate with a sea view.
The master bedroom features a 180 cm bed and an en-suite shower room with WC, for added comfort and privacy.
A separate sleeping nook with a single bed allows you to accommodate a child in a dedicated space, as well as a second shower room.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped for a self-sufficient stay (hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, crockery and kitchen utensils).

The apartment is set within a well-maintained, upscale residence with a lovely landscaped communal garden and a shared swimming pool where you can cool off after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
From the living room, you access a terrace of about 10 m², furnished with a table and chairs and offering a pleasant sea view – an extension of the living area, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
An indoor parking space is available within the residence, making parking easy and convenient.

For shorter stays, linen can be provided as an optional extra, with a supplement and on request.
