Welcome to Cannes, in an upscale residence. This elegant 51 m² one-bedroom apartment, located on the 1st floor with elevator, offers a beautiful sea view and comfortably accommodates a couple with one child, for a peaceful stay just a few minutes from the beaches and the town centre.
🏡 Inside the apartment
The apartment is centred around a bright and pleasant living area of about 30 m², flooded with natural light and opening onto the sea through large bay windows.
The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable seating space leading directly onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying the Cannes climate with a sea view.
The master bedroom features a 180 cm bed and an en-suite shower room with WC, for added comfort and privacy.
A separate sleeping nook with a single bed allows you to accommodate a child in a dedicated space, as well as a second shower room.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped for a self-sufficient stay (hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, crockery and kitchen utensils).

The apartment is set within a well-maintained, upscale residence with a lovely landscaped communal garden and a shared swimming pool where you can cool off after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
