Studio adjoining another 4-person gîte, in the owners' house. Access to both gîtes is via a shared external staircase. The studio includes a kitchen, a bedroom with a television (two single beds 80x190 cm that can be joined to make one double bed 160x190 cm), and a shower room (shower and toilet). Shared washing machine/dryer (in the hallway leading to the adjoining gîte). Shared terrace for both gîtes. Shared terraced and landscaped grounds. Located 6 km from Moûtiers and 2 km from the main village of Hautecour, this house enjoys a peaceful setting below the road, nestled in a natural landscape of fields and forests. You'll benefit from the immediate proximity of Moûtiers, where shops, a supermarket, and services are available year-round. An outdoor area is furnished with tables, chairs, and a gas barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. A garage is available for storing bicycles, as well as a shared ski room for the two cottages. Private parking provides secure parking for one car.
