RESERVATION REQUESTS: We welcome first time guests, you will be evaluated based upon your message request. Prior to submitting a reservation request, ensure that your profile is updated with government ID and includes a profile photo. PET POLICY: Dogs allowed by pre-approval only and will be assessed a non-refundable $50 per pet cleaning fee, which must be paid at the time of booking. If pet fee is not paid before arrival, your pet will not be allowed on the property. Dogs must be house trained. Any pets that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. Any dog that becomes disruptive will be removed immediately. Guests will be charged for any damages incurred. Other pets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
