The Cocoonr agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Eynesse. It has a surface area of 221 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms including one on the mezzanine, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of approximately 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is available. We look forward to welcoming you !

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A cosy little lounge with sofa
- Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with shower)
- A separate toilet

On the mezzanine, above the large lounge:
- A queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with shower and WC)

Upstairs, accessible via the staircase located next to the small lounge:
- A dormitory with three single beds, a small double bed (130x190) and a cot
- A bathroom (with bath and WC)

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha grill, tumble dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- An above-ground swimming pool (private, unheated), 6 x 4 m, open from May to October. It is secured by a fence around it.
- A beautiful, south-facing, 1,000 m² private, unfenced garden with views of the vineyards
- A 25 m² south-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Eynesse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Bordeaux wine tasting, discovering the vineyards and local markets
- Visits to nearby villages: Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, Castillon-la-Bataille and Saint-Émilion
- Walks along the Dordogne (on foot or by bike)
- Walks in the vineyards
- Canoeing, paddling and fishing on the Dordogne
- Relaxation and swimming at Lac de Gurson

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, about 9 km away
- Nearest airport: Bergerac Dordogne Périgord, approx. 34 km away

- The stove in the small lounge is not in working order - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- For the safety of children, vigilance is required on spiral staircases.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
