The Space:

This air-conditioned 40 m² apartment reveals its bold, colourful design as soon as you step in: every room has its own personality, blending vivid colours, vintage touches and quirky finds, set within a beautiful period building in the centre of Nice.

The living room plays with contrast, its charcoal grey walls warmed by pops of pink and gold. A comfortable sofa, a TV and a handy desk corner make it a space that's both welcoming and functional for unwinding after a day in town.

The bedroom, dressed in shades of mauve with a padded headboard, features a queen-size bed (160x200) along with practical storage for your belongings.

The kitchen, all in pink and glossy black, is full of character and comes with everything you need to cook: hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom, more understated, offers a large bathtub, a washing machine and a light wood vanity.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, served by a lift.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment. Check-in is fully independent: keys are to be collected from a partner shop about a 5-minute walk from the property. Please note, keys must be collected before 11pm — kindly plan accordingly.



The Neighborhood:

On Avenue Auber, the apartment enjoys a very central location in Nice, just steps from the neighbourhood's bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The lively and authentic Marché de la Libération is within easy walking distance.

Nice-Ville train station sits right opposite the building, making it easy to get around the region. A bus and tram stop is also nearby, for quick access to the rest of the city. The Promenade des Anglais and the beaches are a 15-minute walk away, and paid public parking is available on the street for guests travelling by car.



Other Things to Note:

To finalise your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form — a standard step required by French regulations for all short-term rentals. You will be asked for a form of ID at that time, in line with current legal requirements.

The property is prepared and maintained by our professional team: a full clean and household linen are provided for every stay. Paid additional services are available on request after confirmation.

Palais Hispania is a non-smoking property, with no pets and no parties. Please take good care of the property — charges may apply in the event of any damage found.
