This is the place that families and friends love to relax at and enjoy the beauty of the mountain top country fresh air and area. It's perfect for Multi-Generational families & friends. We are NOT located in a housing development or complex where each house is built 10 foot from the next! NOT US! We offer wide open spaces for just your group!

We are located just 25 minutes away from Silver Dollar City, the 1880's theme park, and other Branson attractions and just 4 minutes from the shores of Table Rock Lake.

You'll add fantastic value to your vacation when you experience a private peaceful ‘Stay on A Farm’ vacation on the quiet side of Branson on Table Rock Lake here at our farmstead, Ivy Jean's Ozark Farmstead.

The inside of this clean modern farmhouse is very large and beautiful with plenty of open space in every room. We offer five huge bedrooms including one bedroom/bath/shower suite that's totally roll-in wheelchair accessible & user friendly! We have a total of 6 bathrooms and a guest laundry too. Everyone loves the very large open living spaces that's so easy to get around in; even those in walkers or wheelchairs appreciate the zero entry approaches.
From parking to porches to house to walkways to pavilions to the fire pit patios, It's all easily accessible.

Everyone that walks through the front door is absolutely amazed at the beauty and how much space there is! The outside is large and beautiful too with plenty of open spaces for play and relaxing while overlooking the mountains and country life on our 10 acre Ivy Jean’s Farmstead. Everyone who stays here says they love that no one ever feels crowded or on top of each other like other places they've stayed.

Families with a wheelchair member love our place because of the large open spaces and the ease of wheelchair mobility inside and outside. We have a custom made large roll in shower which is catered for wheelchair users and their caretakers.
It has ample hand rails and a drop down shower chair. It has two shower heads plus a handheld shower head.
We're happy to say we are more than just ADA compliant, we are wheelchair family friendly!

Our farm is close enough to all the daily Branson area attractions, but just far enough away that you can't see any of the bright Branson lighting or hear all of that city traffic from our farm! It's like having two vacations in one! We offer star gazing and lightening bug viewing at it's best! You'll enjoy the firepit patio, the outside covered pavilion for eating, grilling, game playing, dancing or just relaxing. The sounds of waterfall features and night time crickets and woodland critters gently fill the night air.

This is a Non-Smoking Non-Vaping facility inside and outside. However, we offer one designated smoking area with chairs by the front entry gate approximately 60 feet from the front porch. Thank you for your respect in this matter.

Ivy Jean’s Farmstead is located 3 miles west of Cape Fair MO off Hwy 76, just ½ mile up from beautiful Table Rock Lake and less than 25 minutes from Branson attractions.

You’ll not only enjoy the big beautiful 3,800 sq. ft. farmhouse, we call The Dancing Fork, but also a huge covered open-air pavilion with fire pits, outside kitchen, plenty of outdoor space, gardens, rocking chair porches, bright starry nights, garden water fountains and farm animals all wrapped up in the peace and quiet of the country.
Everyone loves our resident donkey's, Moses and Odie, along with the goats, the sounds of the rooster crowing and the kids like helping Cyndi gather the eggs from the chicken coop!

Location and Things Close By:
First thing we want you to know is, we are NOT located in a subdivision, a housing development, a resort complex or in a timeshare project!

We are a private small family farm in the country, close to the lake and creeks, where the big starry nights shine brightly and the woodland critters and barnyard animals can be heard and enjoyed!
It’s easy to connect to The Creator through his beautiful creations here on our 10-acre farm. Your time here is yours alone, it’s not shared with any other guests!
The owners, Tim and Cyndi, live on the 10 acre property, far enough away from your farmhouse for your privacy but always available if you need them. You have plenty of private parking on property and your own driveway access. The parking area is large enough for your truck and boat trailer to turn around in also!

We are less than ½ mile up from Wooley Creek Cove at point 14 on Table Rock Lake where the fish bite year-round and the primitive lake access is a good place to launch kayaks or swim the day away. We are just 25 minutes west of Silver Dollar City and many Branson attractions and just 45 minutes from Bass Pro’s Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. The original Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife is just 45 min away located in Springfield.

Just 4 miles away is the Cape Fair Marina and Campground. We have fantastic Flea Markets and Antique stores just up the road a bit. We also have great restaurants in our little town too such as Flat Creek Restaurant and Lake Time Café. Walmart super centers and Dollar General stores are not far away. All our roads are paved to the farm and easily accessible.
We are close to some of the greatest day hiking trails and rivers for kayaking/canoeing the Midwest has to offer around the Buffalo River National Park area in Ark; it’s beautiful! Flat Creek is a beautiful clear Ozark creek great for wading, fishing and playing in, just 5 minutes down the road.

We are an active law- enforcement family and a fun Christian family too. We love our area and love sharing it with our guests. We live on the 10 acre property to assist you if you need, but we are far enough away to respect your privacy.
