Charming apartment located in Plougonvelin, with one bedroom and able to accommodate up to 5 people. With an area of 35 m², this accommodation is welcoming, very bright and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the garden.
Ideally located, it is situated just 50 metres from the sandy beach, 100 metres from a supermarket and 500 metres from the town centre, in a quiet, family-friendly environment and in immediate proximity to the sea.
The flat is equipped with numerous assets for your comfort: lift, balcony, garden furniture, Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer, electric heating, television, outdoor parking in the same building as well as a heated communal swimming pool.
The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, all crockery and kitchen utensils, as well as a coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
