Our beach house is a sunlit sanctuary, filled with the warmth of natural light streaming through a plethora of windows. You`ll be captivated by the charm of three inviting balconies and a spacious front porch, ideal for savoring the ocean breeze. We`ve designed this space with you in mind, making it a haven for visiting chefs with a fully equipped large kitchen, ready for crafting delicious family dinners.

The lower level is your family`s playground, a place to come together in hammocks, fire up the grill, or simply unwind at the bar. Don`t forget to rinse off the beach sand in our convenient outdoor shower. We`re just a stone`s throw away from a thrilling water slide, a variety of shops, and delectable restaurants, all situated in the immaculate Sand Castle subdivision.

Our beach house offers the perfect blend of classic Coastal Style, exuding that seaboard cottage feel, while still providing modern luxuries such as comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, and Roku-equipped Smart TVs with streaming options and free TV. With three magnificent balconies and an outdoor deck, you can relish majestic sunsets and stunning views.

The spacious master bedroom is a retreat in itself, featuring a private balcony with chairs and a table, a large private bathroom with a relaxing large tub with personal window, and even a private coffee bar with a mini fridge. Wake up to the beauty of 19` ceilings and large windows that flood the room with natural sunlight. For those who prefer a bit more darkness, black-out curtains are on hand to let you sleep in a few extra hours.

The front deck offers four comfortable chairs for savoring ocean views and the refreshing sea breeze. Sunny Delight is nestled in a serene and private corner of Crystal Beach, where car beach access is not permitted. This creates an idyllic setting for kids to safely ride their bikes and enjoy outdoor playtime. Despite the peaceful atmosphere, you`re still conveniently close to a variety of shops, stores, and restaurants.



Beach Access



For beach access, a short walk or a charming stroll across a bridge is all it takes. Whether on foot or with a golf cart, you`ll have easy access to the beach. Many guests find the walk to be particularly delightful, offering a beautiful and scenic experience.

EXTRAS

Pet-Friendly Retreat



We love hosting your furry friends! Bring up to 2 small dogs for a fee of $100 per stay. Additional small dogs are $50 each, and large dogs are $75 with owner approval. Please ensure your pet`s stay is pre-approved.



Pet Comfort & Consideration



For your pet`s comfort, please bring their own bedding. Our furniture and bedding aren`t intended for pet use. Using our bedding for pets may result in an additional cleaning or replacement charge. Feel free to bring your pet`s crate and feeding dishes.



Notify Us in Advance



The system doesn`t allow adding pets to reservations. Please let us know in advance to include the pet fee. We appreciate your transparency and look forward to hosting you and your furry friends!



Cleaning



We kindly request that renters leave the home generally as they found it, ensuring it remains welcoming for all future guests.



Complimentary Extras for Your Stay



Your stay includes trash bags, rolls of paper towels, and rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. You`ll also find dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and enough laundry detergent for linens.



In addition, you`ll also discover sunscreen, beach tools, board games and mosquito repellent. Please note that while we offer these amenities, previous guests may have used them up or taken them, so it`s always a good idea to bring extra just in case.

We`ll provide you with comprehensive check-in and check-out instructions prior to your reservation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.



No Smoking Policy



Sunny Delight is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only on the ground level, and we kindly request that all cigarette butts are properly disposed of in the trash. Smoking inside the home will result in immediate reservation termination, forfeiture of the deposit, an additional $300 fine, and any necessary cleaning fees to restore the property to its original condition.
